Windsor Plaza Copacabana

Show de bola.

Excelente localização, colaboradores do hotel muito receptivos, bom atendimento, hotel bem organizado e limpo. Gostei muito. Recomendo.

Outdated management that wouldn’t lift a finger to assist guests to have a more pleasant experience with high bookings

Pros: Location is just off the Copacabana beach posto #2. Cons: Unethical staff n management. Booked 5 nights n after 2 nights I caught a cough n cold because the room’s air conditioning AC was malfunctioning. Condensation water was overflowed from the ceiling onto the side wall n the floor. Staff Francisco Silva said the AC thermostat on the wall doesn’t work because the AC is centrally controlled. But he couldn’t explain how water condensation could happen if the temperature was centrally controlled. On the 3rd morning I requested for a room change but he flatly refused saying all rooms hav

Ok
