Great customer service
Unfortunately, left some of my belongings in the room. Staff contacted me and arranged to have those items shipped to my next location. They went out of their way by doing this. Stay was excellent, followed by this “over the top” service is commendable. Definitely, recommend the Blue Ash location for your next stay while in the Cincinnati area.
Great place to stay!
Pros: It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was wonderful being so close to Summit Park for the fireworks 🎆 Cons: The bed could have been a little more comfortable.
Disappointed
My wife and I stayed for one night. The room was fine except no coffee maker. Also the tub/shower was painted and peeling off. The tub had a u shaped bottom making it hard to stand. For over a $100.00 per night I would expect better!
Our stay at this hotel was very restful.
Pros: We liked the comfortable bed with nice linens. We also liked that the air conditioner worked great, as did the wifi. The bathroom was clean, and the shower worked well. This hotel was not far from the interstate with easy access Cons: Everything was great!
