I was very uncomfortable and cautious.
Pros: It was close to the airport
Cons: It was outdated,multiple different smells stuck in certain areas. Bed comforters was nasty and dirty, shower curtain brown outdated, sink stopped up every time used, it just felt very uncomfortable during the stay but I had no choice but to deal with it because it wasn’t anything else available but it was definitely certain odors stuck in the hallway, elevator, lobby and room. Those smells stayed in those areas the entire stay

Incredible service, lousy and dirty facility.
Pros: Shawna front desk provided exceptional customer service. The rest staff were good as well.
Cons: Needs renovation, your outstanding staff deserves a 4 star facility. Breakfast and coffee could use improvement. Carpets on the first floor are filthy.

Pros: The property was nice and clean! Lobby was very spacious, room for people to sit while waiting! The restaurant perfect location & bathrooms at the entrance! Staff was kind and patient! 🙌🏽
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like! There was an inconvenience due to the hotel not having iron boards at the property!
