Wingate by Wyndham Erlanger / Florence / Cincinnati South

Perfect

Everything was handled quick and easy. I will always book with Wyndham. The hotels are always clean at an affordable price.👍

Exceptional until departure day/time

Jacuzzi suite was large and exceptionally clean!! Checkout staff was rude, impolite and impatient. I requested a 1pm late checkout through the Wyndham text link that was sent in the morning (additional $20). Staff started knocking at the door at 11am (3 different times), Karen from the front desk called our room at noon and was very rude asking, "when will you be leaving? Checkout was at 11." We explained that we requested a 1pm late checkout for an additional charge. Housekeeping came knocking about 5 minutes later, and asked,"when are leaving? Did you talk to the lady at the front desk?" Whe

Better stay for the price

Outstanding customer service. Super clean room nice breakfast. Close to food and shopping. The price for the quality of the hotel was outstanding

Great stay !

Excellent stop, stayed in the King Deluxe room. This hotel has great prices the beds and linens were very nice. The water pressure and toiletries were excellent. The furniture was new and so was the lighting. Breakfast was very good and the little touches of add ons at the breakfast bar were great. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and a good value experience

The rooms are clean and comfortable. A great value. Stay at this hotel when in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and has a wide variety.
