Pros: Great room and staff were friendly, no room service but was able to get food from the bar and take it to my room Cons: No room service available at all, left my charger in the room and even though I called to confirm they had and would keep it for me until the following week when I returned in the safe the member of staff when I returned could not locate it.

Pros: Lots of choice at breakfast Cons: The room was really hot the fan just circulated warm air.

Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa

Pros: Location was good, loads of parking, room very comfy, good shower, iron in room, portable fan in room, good quality tea/coffee in room, very good choice at breakfast, games room, small bucket of ice from bar to help keep drinks cool was no trouble Cons: Room was warm due to hot outside temp and not air conditioned, but at least there was a portable fan. Small fridge would have been handy to help keep drinks etc cool. Neither of these were a big deal, just little things that could have made the stay exceptional.
