Overall very good.
Cons: Tea coffee making in room , lack of coffee milk ect

Great location near the City
Pros: Very nice location near to Leeds. Wouldn't know the City was that close. Staff were all friendly and the Hotel was quite at night Cons: Little bit dated in places and some small repairs needed

Lovely boutique hotel in pretty grounds. Friendly staff, excellent food, stylish room with comfortable bed.

Poorly run , dated rooms , no air con , staff overstretched ... very disappointing
Pros: Surroundings , very pretty , shame that the surroundings did not match the stay in the hotel Cons: Hugely understaffed , boiling hot room with no air con and a tiny window , TV remote did not work , lift broken , had to run up an down to reception 3 times , couldn't find staff on reception or bar so had to gate crash the wedding party to get a member of staff to assist me . Fire alarm went of at approx 00:30 . Did not stay for breakfast because I was so disappointed with the whole experience
