WoodSpring Suites Chicago Midway

Pros: worst stay ever. nothing is good on this property Cons: not cleaned. not safe. police keep visiting entire night.

The worst hotel I have gone to

Cons: The place was bad I will not be going back to this place not clean they don’t even offer nothing no soap, shampoo, body wash.,,, they don’t change the towels at all and I believe they don’t like the people that booked through booking. Because at first he told me that because I was late they had canceled my room and they were someone else. Also, that also had to put through this app. They told them the same thing, but at the end, I called support this try to figure something out and I was able to stay, but will not be going back at all.

Pros: The room was spacious Cons: Nothing really

Very bad services

Pros: Very bad service the staff was very rude we asked for extra towels and the we were not able to get any because the front desk was not opened. Cons: Nothing at all I would not stay at any locations

It was a fine hotel. No complaints but nothing spectacular either. Except the woman at the front desk; she was so friend
