Pros: Everyone was friendly and helpful Cons: It was loud and since I didn’t stay until Thursday, i am still trying to figure out if i am still getting my money back for the days i didn’t stay because they put me under some stress before I left.

Did not get very much sleep, cigarette smoke affected sinuses and breathing, won't stay again,
Cons: They put us in a room next to the elevators and outside doors, one of the smoking locations was located outside this entry, constant people traffic and slamming doors, smell of cigarette smoke was being drawn in to the room through the airconditioning unit, upon trying to change rooms the staff said that there were no other rooms available, but there were rooms available for booking online, staff was unwilling to make things rite, especially after requesting a quiet room when booking,
Cons: I had to go to the front desk 2 times to get towels. The room was short of them. No facecloths and hand towels. The first time 1 1/2 hours after being told they were coming I went down to inquire about them. Then over an hour later I also went down. The floor was sticky to walk on. We were up at 5 am on the morning of check in. We had a 3 hour drive and then spent the day at The Henry Ford Museum and checked in afterward. We were exhausted after a long day and wanted quiet and a long soaking bath.
