Horrible...
Pros: Nothing. Cons: The beds. The smell. The broken restroom door. Overall just not a place i would recommend to a homeless person.

Property did not honor guaranteed reservation
Pros: Not sure because we did not get to stay. Cons: I had a guaranteed reservation through booking.com but the property was full.
