Cons: Subject: Disappointment Regarding Late Checkout Request Dear Hotel Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my late checkout request. I had explained to the front desk that I had an important business meeting in Jebel Ali and requested a late checkout until 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, my request was refused, despite the circumstances and the relatively short extension I was asking for.
