Loved this place - we felt spoiled at every turn!
Breakfasts both days were excellent - served at table, hot entree, several sides including fruit, and juice.
Room was clean, beautiful, and so comfortable. Common areas were also beautiful with plentiful amenities, including homemade goodies each evening and round-the-clock coffee, tea, sodas, water and ice. Courtyard was stunning and relaxing. Owner and staff were lovely and very helpful - especially when we arrived several hours later than planned. Parking lot was adjacent, and property was well-secured - we felt completely safe. Would love to stay again!

Excellent facilities with room decor beautiful, very comfortable , staff friendly and helpful...breakfast excellent ,,I loved the setting and a great experience,,,, will refer others and also go back sometime

If you want a quaint B&B in Independence, this is the place!
The decor was just so sweet and the staff were so friendly. A very nice B&B! Perfect place for a girl's weekend! Would love to try out different rooms as they all have different themes! Too bad it was raining otherwise we would have sat outside in the garden area. Close to Kaufman stadium for the baseball game too!

Fabulous stay in Independence during World Cup
Pros: Adorable B&B with charmingly themed rooms and very welcoming hosts! We enjoyed the breakfasts and especially the delicious cookies/snacks in the afternoons. Very walkable to sights and restaurants around Independence. Excellent experience, would stay again.
Cons: The room was on the smaller side and could use a table/desk to put things on.
