Good location and good value for money.
The location was convenient for Lanyon Place Station and other. Value for money was good. Everything worked well and the team was responsive when there was a small problem with the shower.

great location, quite smelly.unfortunately
Pros: it's a good location to connect downtown Belfast with a bus or walking. Cons: our room smelled like old sweat from the bedding. I suppose it's difficult to address that asap,.but nonetheless,.it was quite bothersome. we did make a contact for this issue but no action was taken.
