Good clean - really well-located for the Fishbourne Palace.

Pros: Ample parking, secure room, nice breakfast arrangements. Cons: Problem with bathroom mirror - not a big deal but seemed to reflect a bit of a lack of attention to maintenance.

NEVER DISAPPOINTS

Pros: This is the 4th time I have stayed here and I am never disappointed. Everything is always perfect, I have never had cause to complain I would also like to say to anyone who is down in the area, go for the Sunday carvery 12 to 6 pm book in advance as they are always busy, all homemade, locally sourced produce and veggie options and a very reasonable price of £14. Cons: Nothing I did not like.
