World Center Hotel

Love this hotel and will be returning. Close to everything and not as crowded as time square.

Pros: This hotel was perfect for my family of 4. We were close to World trade center and close to the metro. The staff was wonderful and were able to guide us through the city. My little ones enjoyed the view and the 4 seasons we got in 5 days. Love that there was a coffee station and a water station for refillable water bottles. Location is everything and was happy to have different restaurants near us. Cons: Was disappointed that the hotel did not have a pool. Wish that the hotel would have a pool. Also sad that the water station in the lobby was out of service the week we were there.

A good value, comfortable hotel in Lower Manhattan

Pros: Rooms are spacious for New York, check-in procedure and staff very efficient. The hotel is very convenient for sites in Lower Manhattan especially the WTC site. Cons: Room decoration a little tired in places.

Excellent place

Pros: The staff, very well predisposed a 10 Steven and the boys of the night, the receptionist half Japanese a 10 too Cons: Nothing everything perfect

Great stay!

We had an excellent stay! The front desk representative was outstanding and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. She even helped us get the right room that perfectly fit our family’s needs, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious—much larger than many other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in—and it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The service throughout our stay was perfect, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
