You cancelled my stay and then kept my money!
Pros: Nothing. Cons: You cancelled my reservation the day before my business trip. I ended up booking elsewhere... for an extra 400$ that booking.com is not going to cover. Also: booking.com said they would reimburse for the cancelled and prepaid stay at Camlin, but they have not done so yet. I am honestly very frustrated and currently out of pocket about a grand.
