Pros: Staff, security , location - very comfy bed Cons: Lack of mirrors- only one small bathroom mirror Net curtains in addition to blinds would be appreciated enabling privacy and light. Also a hairdryer would be great.also the carpets are probably due for an upgrade

Pros: Good location, room was clean. Staff were pleasant Cons: Washing machine was broken and unable to be repaired. Very inconvenient when travelling with small children. One of the lifts was out of order which resulted in significant delays for lifts on multiple occasions.
