Don’t stay here.
Pros: Arrived at the hotel and the member of staff said that our room had been sold to someone else and said all the other rooms were full. No real explanation Cons: Nothing about the hotel. Glad we didn’t stay.

Needed a room last minute on a budget. I got what I expected for a £61 room ...
Pros: There was a nice little welcome bag on the bed when we arrived. Communication prior to arrival was better than some. Cons: Staff where a little inattentive. I waited at reception for over 5 minutes for the receptionist to appear, despite numerous staff in the bar acknowledging my presence but not helping in anyway. Whilst I know this isn't long in reality, when there are staff staring at you, it feels a lot longer. There where numerous short and curly hairs left in the shower, a large amount of plasters and biscuit wrappers left in the bedside drawers, the fan in the room was damaged in

Poor
Pros: The location was good Cons: I don’t like the lack of customer service when we arrived. And we left a shirt in the room which has a gift and the hotel have not acknowledged my email or phone calls
