It was one and only time won't happen again. Unfortunately

Pros: The staff made us feel like we were lucky to be there. Place was empty but still couldn't get any service. The bathrooms were locked in the lobby. No one to give us a key. So traveling on the plane on an airplane directly into a cab. To your hotel to find no one there with a message. Send me back momentarily in the bathrooms are locked. And 4 corners of O'Hare, with not a public place in sight. So the facilities were on acceptable in my mind for a six-year-old man having to wait and literally having to use the bathroom outside. It's sad to say that I had to, but i'm not going to go to th

Pros: The receptionist made it a point not to say our room number out loud, due to some questionable people around us while checking in. I appreciated her going the extra mile to ensure my safety! Cons: N/A, just a little bit of an uncomfortable bed!
