Infelizmente foi marcada negativamente pela atitude arrogante e irresponsável da trabalhadora
Cons: Infelizmente deram-nos um quarto com vazamento do AC, ao que o técnico da manutenção levou mais de uma hora a resolver o problema com a gente dentro do quarto, o que foi realmente desconfortável, uma vez que estava com a minha esposa e filhas no interior do quarto, e o hotel não se dignou em endereçar algum pedido de retratação. Posteriormente no final, uma das funcionárias da recepção foi extremamente arrogante e muito pouco profissional, ao ligar para o quarto as 11h:55, e exigir que abandonássemos o quarto antes do horário previsto para o check-out, alegando que o horário terminava às

Lovely stay with wonderful staff, a few small things to polish
We had a really lovely stay and would happily come back. The hotel itself is beautiful and even smells gorgeous the moment you walk in. Overall the team made our trip special, with just a few small things that stop it being a perfect five stars. Let me start with the people, because they were the highlight. Reception were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, they even offered to charge my phone during our stay when I realised I'd forgotten my charger. The spa staff were lovely too. We arrived at 12 on an early flight from the UK and check-in wasn't until 3, but we happily spent those th
