Pros: Great location close to Avenida Paulista. Overall a comfortable hotel that provides what you need. Good value for money. Cons: Breakfast could have had more variety. They charge for drinking water in the room

Pros: Everything was perfect, Reception every single individual was so friendly and very very very supportive. Cons: Only bad experience was at the breakfast two persons i guess they are the in charge of the section was not at all cooperative. I saw them sitting near the entrance eating fruits everyday and randomly checking bags of the guests leaving the breakfast counter. I stayed in many Wyndham hotels but didnt see this kind of treatment to guests. of course i have my own bitter experience with those specific two persons but i ignore because its of no use.
