Great in parts, disappointing in others.

Pros: The location, very quiet, high-end building, good size apartment. Excellent bathroom and wardrobe space, lots clean towels. Washing machine. Staff responsive. Cons: Despite photos dying sea views. We looked out onto car park with no privacy so had to keep blinds and curtains closed during the day. Soft furnishings cream and stained beyond acceptable. Sofa and rugs disgusting. Let the whole apartment down. Kitchen cleaning tools filthy need replacing.

Great location, spacious clean and well-equipped apartment.

Pros: Great location and spacious apartment Cons: Finding the lockboxes to get the key. Unlike check-out instructions, it didn’t say where 37 Madden St was - there is no number on that building and didn’t tell you which lockbox, etc. Also just a building thing but all cars coming into the car park below the apartment make a terrible noise from their tires on the shiny concrete.

Pros: Fully equipped kitchen. Cons: A bit noisy across the street.

Great location on the waterfront.

Pros: Location Cons: "Verification" system required by hosts. Booking.com not allowing access to email addresses for host, etc.

Perfect location and standard. Loved my stay
