A dirty room and disinterested staff

Pros: The accommodation is okayish located but that's it again. Cons: The room was still extremely dirty even after being cleaned twice by the staff, and after requesting new covers, we simply received other dirty ones. In addition, the toilet brush was so dirty that we almost felt sick when we saw it, and upon closer inspection, the carpet was full of hairs from whatever. Pros: Nothing Cons: The TV doesn't work and they told us they will fix it tomorrow when we are leaving, the air conditioning is too cold, the reception of the employees (the one with a Porsche). The shower makes water go everywhere in the bathroom.
