Xtay Guarulhos Aeroporto - Aconchegante e a 16min do Aeroporto

Just the cleaning issue I had, I imagine it's punctual, worth the cost benefit of the rental

Pros: Location Cons: When I arrived the room was not clean, I had to contact the host, who promptly sent people for cleaning.

Incredibly nice host. 👍

More or less

Pros: The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly Cons: The room we were given was dirty, the microwave was dirty, it was very small for the number of people we informed we were. The Xstay app responds very slowly and solving a problem is very complicated

Size of the rooms, cleanliness, facilities

Pros: Location Cons: I have never experienced not wanting to use the bathroom because it was dirty and in poor condition. The sink was clogged. The internet was disconnected. There were four of us, we arrived late and one bed was not made. The airport transfer instructions were very poor.
