Pros: Perfect cleanliness, equipment, modernity, communication with staff. I greatly appreciated the key code access instead of keys and the possibility of checking in anytime, as we arrived in Amsterdam late at night. Cons: The only thing I have to evaluate negatively was the absence of doors or a curtain in the shower corner. Water was flowing everywhere and we had to clean up constantly.

There are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants in neighboring buildings. The stay was comfortable thanks to a well-furnished and fully equipped room and access to a washer-dryer. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Practicality and comfort Cons: Location not central. Not as easy as some comments, there are buses but they do not go everywhere, it ends up being more practical to take the tram. Transportation is needed for everything.

Cons: We stayed for 7 days and the room was never cleaned. The curtains and carpets were dirty. The windows didn't open and the fans were so noisy that they gave you a headache.
Lightly in need of renovation apartment building in a central location
Pros: Pretty building. Free washer and dryer. Rooms were okay. Cons: Rooms quite small and worn. Toilet not entirely clean. Too few dishes. The optional Numa breakfast at the Anna&Max restaurant is not recommended. The menu is very limited and the portions are too small for the price. The restaurant itself is nice and the regular menu is extensive. Even without booking breakfast, there was always space in the mornings.
