Pros: Size of space was good Cons: No instructions in English to use the dishwasher or oven. Bath plug not working and the basin drain needs to be unclogged ( very slow to drain)

An excellent apartment and would recommend to any visitor to Amsterdam.

Pros: The two bedrooms apartment was very spacious, and all the amenities needed for a short stay. The location on the canal was lovely. It was a bit of a walk to the city centre but easy enough. Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Organized and cosy, clean with easy access and luggage storage for free Cons: The kitchen is great, would be great if there were more utilities like a cutting board, salad bowls, lids for the pans, rags for cleaning and floor mat.

Pros: Заселение очень удобное, с утра приходит код, по нему вход в здание и апартаменты. Заселили раньше, за что большое спасибо. Расположение очень удобное, до вокзала минут 10 пешком, рядом есть и кафе, и магазины. Вечером тихо и спокойно. В апартаментах было чисто и тепло. Особенно порадовало наличие кофемашины с капсулами. Команда поддержки всегда на связи и решает возникшие проблемы Cons: В день чекаута у нас заглючил сейф и мы не могли достать документы. Funktionell und praktisch.

Pros: Apartment und Anlage sind sehr funktionell und praktisch. An sehr guter Lage, fast in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Amsterdam Centraal. Schön an einer Gracht gelegen. Bei Problemen kriegt man schnell eine WhatsApp-Antwort (Chatbot oder allenfalls human being), allfällige Reparaturen werden schnell ausgeführt. Cons: Beim Online-Check-in muss für jede erwachsene Person ein Reisedokument (ID oder Pass) über den Browser hochgeladen bzw. eingescannt werden. Das widerspricht den Empfehlungen des Datenschutzes.
