Pros: The cleanliness and comfort of the beds. Cons: TO AVOID! Noisy establishment both inside and outside. The rooms are poorly soundproofed (the movements of other occupants are very audible) and the passage of trains every fifteen minutes is unbearable. Difficult to sleep in these conditions...

Pros: moved me to a different room with natural light and ventilation when requested. Communal facilities fantastic. Did free yoga class. staff very helpful Cons: communal toilets were yukky...not cleaned frequently enough. A party of young french tourists, and possibly other residents. left a trail of urine on seats, pubic hairs etc, toilets only cleaned once every 24 hours, not enough for two toilets being used by multiple rooms. And the toilet paper that thin paper from a bulk dispenser used in shopping centres, impossible to wipe with unless you unroll several metres, and it tears all the
