A beautiful, friendly and inclusive hostel with a true traveller’s spirit — a place I am always happy to return to.
Pros: I have stayed at YHA Newcastle Beach several times and I always enjoy coming back. I love the character of the building, the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly staff. What I appreciate most is that travellers of different ages, backgrounds and nationalities are welcome. This is what a true hostel should be — an affordable, social and welcoming place where everyone can feel comfortable. It reminds me of the wonderful hostel culture I have experienced in Europe and Latin America. Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay.
