Pros: I stay at this hotel quite often and overall, I’m happy with it. The location is probably the biggest plus: it takes around 40 minutes to get to Heathrow, and there are several Underground stations within walking distance, which makes getting around London really easy. The beds are also very comfortable, so it’s easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of walking around the city or working Cons: A few things worth knowing before booking. Average, room is small and they need to fix room service

Pros: Clean and modern Cons: Rooms were very small. Room service was very bad, they would not provide meals to your room and you had to come to the bar to collect your food. Not ideal and something they should fix for room service.

This is our fourth time here. We always choose this location as it’s so handy.
