Room not ready at check in

Room not ready at check in. Staff were polite but not overly accommodating. Simply instructed us to wait in the lobby for an additional 45 minutes. It was pouring outside so a walk around the city to kill time was not a possibility. Once a room was available, the stay was pleasant.

Upon submitting this review I saw a note that said I had VIP access; not sure what the VIP access was & was not Informed upon check in

Upon submitting this review I saw a note that said I had VIP access; not sure what the VIP access was & was not Informed upon check in. I checked in on 10/9/25 at approximately 11pm. There was only 1 agent working and the line was long and slow moving. Upon reaching the agent he informed me the amount included facility fee to the refundable deposit & I received a voucher for 2 free drinks however the bar was closed. It was

everything was great, went for a concert and it was just a 10 min walk to the kaseya center! would’ve loved to use the other amenities but looked lovely either way.

I had an amazing stay

I had an amazing stay. The check-in was effortless. The staff were very friendly and explained how everything worked. The room was very clean, up-to-date and modern. The location was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants, places to shop and easy access to transportation. I give my stay a 10 out of 10
