Pros: Great location Cons: Firstly, when checking in we were given no information on breakfast, where the pool was, gym, anything. Stayed in a suite which was meant for 4 people and were given one bed and only 2 towels. The safe was locked on arrival and we had to ask twice for it to be unlocked meaning we had to go out with our valuables just in our room. There was also an inch gap in the ceiling which doesn't fill you with confidence or make you feel secure. Then there was the service. We were given two welcome drink vouchers on arrival. After then having to ask a separate time where these c

Pros: Great location if you are taking a cruise. You can walk to a lot of different restaurants. The staff was great. They even printed my passes for the cruise. Cons: Everything was good. Beds were comfortable to spend a couple of nights in.

Pros: The room is very well planned. I liked that the shower, toilet, and sink are all individually spaced, which makes the bathroom very convenient and comfortable. The reclining bed was also very comfortable. The room lighting is modern and well-designed. There was a good supply of toiletries, and I especially liked the nice-smelling lotion. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the fresh orange juice. The location is perfect as well—just one bus ride to and from South Beach. There’s also a convenient kiosk in the lobby for Uber. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! Cons: nothing
