Pros: The stuff was polite and helpful Cons: It was not clean under the bed, the floor was not properly mopped , screen and phone where not working and there was no foot towel which is needed to avoi

Very bad promotional information and no support or follow through.

Pros: Nothing. I never got in despite paying because I wasn’t told that cargo baggage couldn’t be taken in to the accommodation. Cons: Total lack of information given to me about how to get there, what I could take in and where it was located.
