Cons: We were on the 14th floor and when we arrived one elevator was not working so it took a long time to get up to our room
Cons: We were on the 14th floor and when we arrived one elevator was not working so it took a long time to get up to our room. When we checked out the next morning both of the elevators were broken and had to carry all of our luggage and bags down 14 flights of stairs.
