Pros: The location, air conditioning, and facilities were the best.
Cons: The staff was quite incompetent, we requested a package to be delivered to the hotel and despite receiving an email stating it was delivered, they lost the package. They did not solve anything for us or help us find it. They simply lost it and did not take responsibility for anything. Honestly, I consider that they did not help us at all and did not care to assist us. Regarding the room, it would have been nice to have a window but we already knew it didn't have one. We had a very good stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the hotel is very beautiful, clean, and the staff is pleasant, welcoming, and always available. The room was identical to the photos, well arranged, clean, and air-conditioned, which was very appreciated. The location is also ideal, close to the center, with buses passing right in front of the hotel, 24/7. We highly recommend this hotel!!!!
