Disappointing stay with issues.

I booked a twin room for one night while visiting London with my teenage nephew. On arrival, the first thing we noticed was an overwhelming sewage smell. It wasn't just in our room, it extended throughout the entire corridor. Our room itself appeared clean, so this clearly wasn't a housekeeping issue; it seemed to be a maintenance problem. Impossible to contact the hotel before arrival

I have a reservation from 7–11 August and will be arriving after midnight, so I have been trying to contact the hotel to request the online check-in link and confirm that my late arrival will not be an issue. I also have severe asthma and wanted to make sure that the air conditioning in my room will be working properly, especially after reading several reviews mentioning faulty air conditioning and rooms being extremely hot and difficult to breathe in. Avoid like the plague

Approaching the hotel there was a man asleep outside on a mattress. Rooms are small and sparse. The room was hot and the air conditioner was not working well. Constant sounds of rushing water through out the night combined with the hot humid room made sleep very poor. We Reported the air conditioner to the hotel and they promised to rectify but no improvement on the second night. Same noisy water rushing sounds. Suffocating, Smells horrendous, Awful Management

Stinks, Hot and Stuffy, Claustrophobic Booked for a couple nights expecting good quality due to how it is advertised and high costs. When I arrived I was stuck queuing out the door due to a single lift only big enough for 4/5 people at a time for the whole hotel. Sell check - fine and straight forward.
