Ayesha was incredibly helpful. Such a kind and helpful member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. What a credit to your company!

Compact but clean rooms.

Went to stay during the Rugby match which was ideal for our friends who we met there. The welcome is lovely from the staff, room was clean, small but comfortable enough. The lounge area and bar was average, but if you are vegan or vegetarian don't expect to have choice with food. Pool table was okay but the white ball kept getting stuck and it isn't free to play. Some of the sofas are stained and the floor needs a good clean. The TV was nice as you can get to choose what to watch and sit with friends. Reasonable price but let down with dirty room messy corridors with stained floor (very off putting) no advise re tea coffee in reception. I’m sure if l stayed again l could have a different experience but judging from this and my first stayed.
