Be honest: there isn't much to do in Bolvir itself, and without a car you'll struggle to reach the ski resorts, thermal spas or larger towns that make this valley worth visiting. The setting is genuinely handsome, with wide meadows and views toward the Pyrenean peaks, and it works well as a restful stopover between Barcelona and France.
