Ronda is the Andalusian hill town everyone puts on a postcard: a gorge, El Tajo, splitting the old Moorish quarter from the newer town, spanned by the eighteenth-century Puente Nuevo bridge that draws every day-tripper's camera. It's also the spiritual home of modern bullfighting, with one of Spain's oldest bullrings still standing, and the surrounding countryside produces some of the region's better wine, a relatively recent but genuine development.
Be honest: the bridge viewpoints get crowded by mid-morning once the Costa del Sol coach tours arrive, and much of the town empties out again by evening when they leave.
