About Kansas City Chiefs at Las Vegas Raiders
An AFC West rivalry that never lacks needle, with two teams who've traded blows for divisional bragging rights for years. Expect a raucous, partisan crowd given how frequently these two sides face off and how much history sits between them. The visiting fanbase travels well, so the away end should be loud too.
Where to stay nearby
Las Vegas is the only real base for this game, sitting just 10km from Allegiant Stadium, and with 193 hotels in our catalog there's a wide spread of options close to the Strip and beyond. Most visitors stay centrally and take a rideshare, taxi or the RTC bus network out to the stadium, with journey times generally short given the compact size of the city. Because kickoff is at 12.25pm, an early start makes sense — traffic and rideshare demand build quickly in the hours before an afternoon game. Booking a hotel with easy access to the main Strip corridor or a direct route toward the stadium will make gameday simpler.

About Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders joined the AFL as a charter member in Oakland in 1960 and built their identity on Al Davis's 'Commitment to Excellence' motto and a reputation as the league's rebellious outsiders, reflected in the silver-and-black colours and skull-and-crossbones-style shield logo. Oakland won three Super Bowls, after the 1976, 1980 and 1983 seasons, the latter two among the most dominant title-game performances of their eras.
The franchise moved to Los Angeles in 1982, back to Oakland in 1995, and to Las Vegas in 2020, settling beside the Strip in a stadium built specifically for the relocation. Coach John Madden's 1970s teams, brash and star-studded, remain the era most associated with the Raiders' outlaw reputation.
Las Vegas Raiders records & quirks
- Sebastian Janikowski's 63-yard field goal beat Denver 23-20 on Monday Night Football, a franchise record.
- His 57-yard overtime field goal in another game is still the longest field goal in NFL overtime history.
- The Raiders' biggest-ever win was 51-0 over Denver on September 10, 1967.
- Oakland's 56-7 divisional playoff rout of Houston on December 21, 1969 remains the franchise's biggest postseason win.
