Poor sleep quality that led to toughness

Avoid it if you can
Pros: Checking process was smooth Cons: Neighborhood is extremely sketchy with a lot of drug addicts in vicinity. this is literally the worst part of SF. and the whole hotel had terrible smell, it stank terribly and the staff didn't do anything to change that, it was literally unlivable there

My stay was thankfully very quick. I would not stay here again.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. I liked how easy it was to check in and out of the property. I also liked the complimentary tea and the cute courtyard outside. Cons: There is no housekeeping after 3 so it gets pretty messy after that time. I decided to skip the shower when I got back for the night because it was obvious the communal shower had in no way been serviced for hours. The same dirty laundry that was there when I left in the late afternoon was there when we came back pretty later at night. There were instructions on how to keep the shower clean on the wall, bu

Overpriced hotel and wasn’t worth it
Pros: Comfortable bed Cons: Location. And was charged 50 dollars for a replacement key

Overall, a great value and I’d happily stay again.
Pros: The shared kitchen/common area was super practical since I didn’t want to eat out, and everything was kept very clean. The location in the Mission is vibrant, full of restaurants and cafés. I had read mixed things online about safety, but during my stay I felt comfortable and secure, even at night. Rooms are simple and bathrooms are shared, but well maintained. Cons: Since it 's in a vibrant neighborhood, street noise can pick up a bit at night.
