Modernes sehr sauberes Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung der Küche. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.Bad ist wirklich sauber mit viel Platz. Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Pros: Sehr netter und bemühter Gastgeber. Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht. Sehr sauber. Der Kaffeevollautomat ist ein Highlight Cons: An der Wohnung selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen. Zweiter Stock ohne Aufzug war etwas beschwerlich mit Kinderwagen. Die Nachbarn waren bis in den frühen Morgen sehr laut. Der Stadtteil Sonneberg ist im Vergleich zum restlichen Chemnitz etwas heruntergekommen. Alles Dinge, auf die der Gastgeber keinen Einfluss hat.
