The personal touch was wonderful

The personal touch was wonderful. It was a breath of fresh air to stay with real people running the BnB. The married couple who run the BnB are extremely sweet, and created a wonderful atmosphere. Every morning had breakfast with a group and great conversation around the breakfast table.

Great value for a convenient location with good facilities

Easy walk to subway and local stores. Host is fantastic, very homely feel to our stay.

Phil and Faye welcomed us into their home and were glad we stayed there.

Pros: Each day started with solid breakfast and great coffee. Located very close to Prospect Park and public transportation. Cons: Minor signs of age in a 100 year old house (entrance door that sticks, steep stairs to our room).

Loved it! Super comfy bed, generous hosts, good location near Prospect Park.

Pros: Have stayed here at least three times. Hosts Faye & Phil are incredibly kind. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. We got the best room with its own bathroom this trip! Cons: The email with the log in code - somehow I didn't read far enough down to see that the door code was already set up. Suggest moving that up in the arrival email & putting it in bold for lazy/busy readers.
