It was a fantastic hotel, had everything we needed.

Pros: Location, the two bedroom apartment was well set out, with the added washer and dryer it was perfect for our family. Cons: We got the feeling some staff didn’t like having children around especially at breakfast, if we had known the hotel wasn’t family friendly we wouldn’t have made the staff feel like this. This is the only constructive feedback.

Really good the staff at reception were really helpful.

Pros: Location was fantastic and easy to get around in the CBD. Cons: Someones left over sock in the bedroom cupboard from previous occupants!

Pros: The Hotel location was its biggest plus, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and walking distance to the Harbour, The Rocks, Opera House etc. The room (executive king) was good with the usual amenities provided and daily housekeeping, comfortable bed and great shower. The absolute highlight was the Dean & Nancy Bar at the hotel which was amazing. Fantastic vibe and views and all the staff were outstanding. Special mention to our Mixologist Suraj, his service was friendly, professional and he really made our experience so much fun. The cocktails were delicious! Five Stars !!! Cons: Unf
