Super friendly staff. Parking at the house. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning. 2 small water bottles provided daily per guest. Good breakfast, rich and varied. Fitness room in the basement.

The breakfast included some vegan options and each item included ingredients, so it was easy to select for anyone who has dietary concerns.

A perfect hotel next to the train station, quiet, in the city center.
Pros: The location is perfect, right in front of the train station, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful in answering all questions and providing service. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Cons: These are just small things: there was no balcony (advertised for some rooms of this type, but not all, apparently without price difference). The air conditioning was not very strong. The breakfast selection could be improved.
