Cons: It took over thirty minutes to receive additional bath towels, as only two towels were available in the bathroom. We had reserved two rooms. The bathroom door is a sliding door that does not close completely, thereby allowing visibility of the person using the toilet from the side of the bathroom. The night front desk clerk who checked us in was not courteous. Furthermore, the valet service is quite costly, amounting to $60 for one night.
