It was VERY difficult to speak to someone to tell them my flight was delayed 12 but to put a lock on my room so I could check in the next morning

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices including fruits and hot foods. Cons: It took over thirty minutes to receive additional bath towels, as only two towels were available in the bathroom. We had reserved two rooms. The bathroom door is a sliding door that does not close completely, thereby allowing visibility of the person using the toilet from the side of the bathroom. The night front desk clerk who checked us in was not courteous. Furthermore, the valet service is quite costly, amounting to $60 for one night.
