Great hotel location and breakfast.
Pros: Great price , location, staff, bar facilities and rooms Cons: Currently having renovations, however noise from that was very controlled( no noise before 10pm and nothing after 4pm). Noise from the building site across the road can be an issue if pouring slab at night.
The staff was so friendly and the rooms were huge, clean and cozy. Everything smelled really nice. Loved it!
Perfect spot for enjoying the city, plenty of pubs, venues and food spots around the area. The accommodation was comfortable and staff were friendly.

Pros: Staff were amazing - tried hard to get me an early checkin, as I arrived before the sun was up, unable to do till 11am though - however was able to lounge in front of the fire before leaving bags and going out on adventures!
