Great hotel but let down by some its staff.
Pros: Great location and excellent room. Cons: The poor service from Bar staff in the outdoor terrace. I attentive and slow service. A large cohort of staff who congregated at the bar and were more interested in socialising amongst themselves - rather tjhan serving customers.

Pros: Fantastische plek in hartje Kopenhagen, aan het water tegenover Opera house, en met parkeer mogelijkheid Cons: Jammer dat na 22:30 geen snack besteld kon worden anders dan via roomservice met bijbehorende toeslag
Schön, aber beim Weinservice ist Luft nach oben.
Pros: Lage optimal, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück hervorragend Cons: In einem solchen Haus erwartet man einen gut temperierten Rotwein und keinen eisgekühlten Wein. Da schmeckt jeder Wein gleich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.
