Disappointing, amateurish, dirty
Pros: 1. The hotel lied about its descriptions. On booking, it is indicated 4* while on site it is a 3* and in reality, not even a 2*. Since the stars meet very specific criteria and levels of service that the customer is entitled to expect. 2. The service is really poor. I had to go down every evening when I returned to my room to ask for someone to come and make my internet connection work. The toilets are broken and the cleaning is not done well. You can still see the traces of products on the taps. 3. Bad lighting and the smell of cigarettes that still linger even when the rooms are cle
