The stay from hell
Pros: The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Cons: First, we were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and the toilet flooded. Secondly, we were moved to a different room. That room smelled good however, the mattress cover had a gigantic blood stain that appeared to be fresh. There was also some sticky substance on the inside of the door that had human hair and other undesirable material in it. The bathroom lighting was very poor, there was no toilet paper, mold on the top of the shower, a dead roach stuck to the wall, I killed a roach crawling on the wall, some child drew

The manager left a message to cancel my reservation then ignored my calls for more than 4 hours !! I had to get another
Pros: No idea they canceled the day of two hours before check in time. Cons: The manager was very unkind canceled last minute without a reason
