quality/price
all clean. perfect bathroom, kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans...) large fridge. the living room and dining room with capacity. small balcony to enjoy the fresh air at night and all exterior. the two rooms perfect for spending a few nights. perfect garage space for car and especially with elevator. communal pool that we did not use but appreciated. ivan the owner is lovely. we will repeat 100%.

todo limpio. baño perfecto, utensilios de cocina (vajilla, cubiertos, vasos, sartenes…) nevera grande. la sala de estar y el comedor con capacidad. pequeño balcón para tomar el fresco por las noches y todo exterior. las dos habitaciones perfectas para pasar unos plaza de garaje para coche perfecta y sobretodo con ascensor. piscina comunitaria que nosotros no utilicemos pero se agradece. ivan el propietario un encanto. repetiremos 100%.

A very good option
Pros: The establishment was very new, very spacious and did not lack any detail. There was plenty of kitchen and bathroom paper and even an air freshener that releases aroma every 30 minutes. There was also a spare garbage bag and, as a detail, coffee capsules. The decoration was also very pleasant. In the living room, there were brochures with tourist information about Alcañiz and the surroundings. As for the location, it is on the outskirts of the town, which we prefer to the center, which is always much noisier. The host, very friendly, came to the outside of the apartment to give us the ke
