Alexina St Albans

It was a great stay overall. We even had to extend our stay because we felt so relaxed.

I like the hospitality of Tren.

With a bit of time and effort cleaning and repairs the property would of been perfect .

Pros: Lovely older house with big rooms and out door area. The owner and cleaner were very nice and friendly , just a bit hard translation wise . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again . Thanks for having us Cons: Really needs 1. More Cooking utensils 2. Coffee and tea , sugar etc 3. Needs a good clean and the blinds need repair or replacing as they are broken

Could be better

Pros: The house was roomy enough for our family of 5. Host was friendly when we had to reach out with some issues. Cons: The bathrooms were so dirty that I had to go out and buy cleaning products to scrub them myself. Carpets were old and stained and the kitchen needed a good deep clean. Some basic supplies were missing (sponge and tea towels for the kitchen, hand soap for the bathrooms) although when I mentioned this to the host they did provide the missing items the next day. Also, the two single beds were not made up with sheets, so my teenage son had to share a double bed with his little b

Pros: The unit was very clean, spacious and well appointed in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was ideal for our group as it was close to the hospital, airport, shops and amazing restaurants. Cons: Nothing

Very comfortable and clean residence
